Placement depends on several factors including age, physical strength and development. After the first few classes, if a student needs to be moved to different class level, it will be at the teacher’s discretion and will be discussed with the parents.
Monthly tuition is the same every month for convenience purposes whether it is a short or long month - we have calculated the cost for the Fall/Spring Season and divided into nine equal payments. August is the only month that we prorate. All dancers are welcome to make-up missed classes at their convenience - contact us for appropriate make up classes. All tuition is due on the 1st and is late after the 10th. All dance families are encouraged to place credit card on file at the time of registration. We us a convenient, safe auto-pay system that runs the 1st of each month. If you refer new students to Crescendo Conservatory you will be a $10.00 credit.
All tuition is not refundable.
If a student misses a class, make up classes are recommended.
Crescendo Conservatory will not send out monthly bills.

|• ||All returned checks will be assessed a $20 fee.|
|• ||Please notify Crescendo Conservatory if it is necessary to drop class. The responsible party still will be obligated to pay the tuition for the dropped class/classes and any and all fees for that month. You must notify us at least one week prior to the first of the month if you are on autopay.|
|• ||Regardless of whether a student is attending class/classes, the studio will continue to charge the account for any and all fees until the office has been notified of the change. Once tuition is paid,there will be no refunds or pro-rating for student withdrawals. |
|• ||Missed classes cannot be made up unless tuition is paid in full. Make-up classes are only available to currently enrolled students. You cannot make-up a class once you drop.|
|• ||Make-up classes should be taken within 30 days of the absence. Make-up classes can be taken in a class of equal level or lower. Dancers cannot make up in a higher level class. |
|• ||We do not carry over make-ups from the school year into the summer session, and vice-versa.|
|• ||Make-up classes are available for unavoidable absences (illness, injury, family emergencies), and for weather closings. |
|• ||A student may only make-up once class a month with a maximum of 5 per year.|
Creative Movement – any color leotard, tights, pink ballet slippers and skirts and tutus of your choice.
Primary Ballet/Jazz – any color leotard, pink or black tights, pink ballet slippers, simple wrap skirts are optional.
Ballet Class (Ladies) - all females wear tights & pink ballet slippers, with drawstrings tucked in. For all female students, hair must be worn in a neat ballet bun (if hair is short, a secure hairband is required.) Hair accessories are not permitted for levels 1 and up.
Ballet Class (Gentlemen) - all males wear black ballet shoes. Hair should be worn away from the face. Males in Level 1 and up must wear an appropriate dancers belt and undergarments, as well as thick black elastic belt over the waist.
Jazz Class (Ladies) – any color leotard, jazz pants, capris or tights and black jazz shoes. Hair pulled back. No bare midriff.
Jazz Class (Gentlemen) - any color solid form fitting t-shirt, black jazz pants. Males in Level 1 and up must wear an appropriate dancers belt and undergarments, as well as thick black elastic belt over the waist.
Tap - any solid color T-Shirt, Black Pants, Black Tap Shoes.
Contemporary - solid color leotard, black form fitting capri pants or tights, and foot protection.
Hip Hop – any color leotard, jazz pants and black jazz shoes.
Adult and Beginning Teen – leotards and tights, or form fitting leggings and tank top. No bare midriff.
